These terms cover this website and the systems we run for you: E-Arta, Reserva, and any custom system we build.
Where we have signed a separate agreement with you, that agreement comes first on anything it covers: scope, fees, support and notice periods.
Using the service
- Use it for lawful business only, and follow the rules of any channel you connect to it.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what the people you give access to do in your account.
- Make sure you have the right to the messages, properties and data you bring in.
- No spam, no harassment or fraud, no attempts to break into or reverse-engineer the service, and no reselling it without our agreement.
E-Arta drafts replies for your team to send. You decide whether anything sends on its own, and you remain responsible for what goes out under your name.
The pages on this site are for information only. Nothing here is an offer or a commitment to a particular feature, price or timeline; those are agreed in writing.
Fees and payment
Our systems are an ongoing monthly service. The fee, what it covers and the billing cycle are set out in your agreement, not on this page.
Payments are final. Once a payment has been made it is not refundable and cannot be cancelled or reversed, including where you decide not to use the period you have paid for. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension after we have told you in advance.
Ownership
We keep the rights to our systems, code, designs and brand. You keep the rights to your data, meaning your messages, contacts, bookings and business information, and can export it at any time while your account is active. How we handle personal data is in our Privacy policy.
Liability and law
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited. These terms are governed by Albanian law, and disputes go to the competent Albanian courts.
