Zadeja Systems ("we", "us", "our") operates a centralized messaging platform that helps businesses unify their conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger inside a single inbox, with optional AI-assisted responses.
What we collect
- Messages received through channels you connect to your account (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger).
- Contact information of the people who message your business (name, profile picture, platform-specific identifier).
- Account information of users who log in to our dashboard (name, email, Google account ID).
- Usage data required to operate the service (timestamps, conversation state, message delivery status).
How we use it
- To display, route, store, and respond to messages within your account.
- To deliver AI-generated replies when you enable the bot.
- To send web-push notifications to your account's agents when human attention is required.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the service.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party AI models beyond what is required to fulfill your direct request.
Sharing
We share data only with providers strictly required to deliver the service:
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger APIs) — to send and receive messages.
- Our hosting provider (Railway) — to store data and run the service.
- Our AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on your account configuration) — to generate replies when the bot is enabled.
Retention
We retain conversation data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Data Deletion).
